Hotel Boulderado, founded in 1909, is a historic property in downtown Boulder, Colorado. The building comprises a historic section with 42 rooms and a North Wing added in 1985 that houses 118 rooms and suites, all restored and updated with contemporary amenities. It sits near the Pearl Street pedestrian mall and about a mile from the University of Colorado, placing it in a central urban setting with access to dining and retail options, and it offers more than 10,000 square feet of flexible event space, including a remodeled Event Center.

On-site dining options include Spruce Farm & Fish, The Corner Bar, and License No. 1, a 1920s-inspired speakeasy-style bar. The hotel operates as a full-service property within the hospitality industry, providing venues for large celebrations as well as smaller meetings. In 2025, AJ Capital Partners acquired Hotel Boulderado LLC and plans a revitalization in partnership with longtime owners Frank and Gina Day.
