Provided effective leadership and direction for the continued enhancement of the hotel's culture in accordance with established standards and maintain relationships with all associates/guests/owners and vendors associated with the hotel in order to provide a strong, supportive and objective environment. Develop and execute annual business plan. Coach, mentor, cultivate and motivate a team of professionals to effectively maximize profit for the hotel and achieve financial objectives.
