This has taken us literally all over the world, and we have learnt a great deal about international relocation and successfully inducting overseas teachers along the way. In 2019, Hourglass teamed up with Pertemps Professional Recruitment (PPR). This partnership worked from day one as we have a mutual commitment to ambitious recruitment, operating with honesty and integrity and a passion for working with people. We have now joined forces with PPR’s other education brand, Pertemps Education Network (PEN). PEN continues to find agile, energetic and reliable temporary teachers and support staff for their schools. Hourglass’ focus is still specialist recruitment: permanent teaching posts, candidates from overseas, and leadership appointments.
