The Housing Development Consortium of Seattle-King County is a civic and social organization based in Seattle, Washington, that acts as an advocate, broker, and convener for its members. It supports more than 150 member organizations as they collaborate to meet housing needs for limited-income people in the region. Over nearly three decades, its membership includes major nonprofit housing developers, financial institutions, professionals, and government agencies, and it is nationally recognized as a leader in affordable housing advocacy. The group brings together organizations, government agencies, and businesses around shared values to advocate for affordable homes, equitable communities, and an end to homelessness, while also maintaining job listings within its network. In 2025 it launched a series of virtual meetings to share decarbonization expertise with the aim of guiding regulatory, resource, technology, and logistical efforts in decarizing subsidized multifamily buildings.
