Since 1978, Pierce County Housing Authority has been committed to providing safe, decent, affordable housing and economic opportunities to all county residents. Today, we serve more than 2,000 households in need and manage over 650 affordable units with a total staff of 40 employees. We recognize and serve the wide variety of needs demonstrated by Pierce County's diverse landscape, ranging from urban to rural housing markets, and spanning all ages, races, family situations, and levels of ability.
