HOWCO provides turnkey environmental solutions throughout Florida from its three Operation centers, located in St. Petersburg, Ft. Myers and Astor.  Our primary services include the collection,  recycling and/or disposal of  used oil, oil filters, antifreeze, absorbents, PCW, oily water, hazardous and non-hazardous sludge, and solids.   

In addition, HOWCO also owns and operates a wastewater treatment system with a licensed capacity of over 10,000,000 gallons annually.  Equipped with single- and dual-compartment Vacuum Trucks, Howco’s trained professionals can also tackle the most challenging industrial cleaning projects.

HOWCO meets all of the EPA, FDEP, FDOT ,  OSHA  and local  agency rules and requirements to insure strict compliance with all required regulations.
