HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital permanently closed as of 7 a.m. on Friday, March 22.

Community members should seek care at neighboring facilities moving forward. Patients can continue to access their medical records using the MyChart portal. If you would like to transfer your patient records to another provider, please contact HSHS at (920) 433-8172.
