•	Proprietary contract services provide insight and solutions on diverse heat exchanger issues, improve exchanger performance or throughput, reduce fouling, or troubleshoot equipment. 
•	Research and testing are performed at our Research & Technology Center. This facility houses twelve research units and provides a controlled environment to evaluate the performance of heat exchangers and enhanced heat transfer surfaces, measure the fouling potential of crude oil and petroleum products, study process phenomena, and more.
•	Technical support services provide guidance on HTRI technology and software and are free of charge to all HTRI members.
•	Training is provided through webinars, short courses, workshops, and on-demand eLearning. We deliver the most comprehensive and leading-edge training program for heat exchanger technology and its application in industry.
