Founded in 2009, and headquartered in New York City with offices in Raleigh, Hudson Capital Properties (HCP) is a real estate investment firm. It is the mission of Hudson Capital Properties to preserve and grow our investor’s capital, through a diligent acquisition process and a hands-on asset management approach.

HCP has steadily built an experienced team to support its growing portfolio and overall expansion. At present, the company owns approximately 7,000 multifamily units, valued at over $1 billion, across 25 residential properties in targeted national markets, focused mainly throughout the Southeast states. In addition, Hudson has another 700+ multi-family units under development.
