Hudson River Park Trust is a public benefit corporation established by the New York State Legislature and operates as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Based in New York City, it is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining a four-mile waterfront park on the west side of Manhattan. The park features landscaped piers and display gardens, lawns and ecological planting zones, athletic fields, esplanades, docks, public sculptures, and other distinctive amenities, including the Pier 40 parking garage, Pier 57, Circle Line excursion piers, and Chelsea Piers. Within the park, visitors and residents gain access to recreational, cultural, and open-space resources in an urban setting. In 2025, Hudson River Park announced the lineup for the Blues BBQ Festival at Pier 76, illustrating continued use of the park's facilities.
