Hughes Circuits is San Diego County’s largest fully integrated electronics manufacturing service (EMS) company.  We are the only EMS in San Diego that houses a complete PCB layout service bureau, a complete PCB fabrication facility, a full-service PCB assembly facility with Wire Bonding, and box build capabilities. Also, we have a full precision metal fabrication facility, all under one management team.  HCI employs more than 250 employees at its San Marcos facility of more than 83,500 sq feet.
