Human Health Project is a global nonprofit network formed by three volunteer-driven organizations spanning the United States, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland. Based in Los Angeles, California, the group aims to improve health literacy so individuals can better understand, navigate, and influence their health outcomes through an integrated platform. Its Unified Patient Experience platform is an AI-enabled system that supports personalized health navigation and triage while delivering multilingual, culturally relevant health information and enabling peer-to-peer support. The platform also seeks to generate real-world evidence through shared patient information and to support prevention programs for chronic disease and mental health. HHP collaborates with health systems, community health centers and hospitals, governments and health ministries, NGOs and community-based organizations, as well as employers and CSR partners, and sustains its model through licensing of programs and the UPE platform to partners and health systems.
