Human Development & Disaster Relief:
Restoring Communities and Building a Future are the guiding principles for Humanity First USA. Humanity First works to assist people afflicted by natural disasters, war, and poverty by first providing the needed disaster relief services and then by building capacity of these communities. Our aim is to restore dignity by providing the resources to help people get back on their feet quickly.

Humanity First has been responding to disasters in various parts of the world. It maintains a vast pool of volunteers in the US and many other countries (through its sister HF operations) in six continents. By working with and assisting local authorities, communities can be helped in a cost effective way with their immediate and long term needs after disaster.

The biggest strength of Humanity first USA remains its pool of volunteers which comprises of professionals willing to volunteer on a short notice. We maintain a pool of doctors, nurses and other health care professionals, engineers, retired military personnel, EMT, and firefighters who are willing to donate their precious time for the humanitarian efforts around the world.
