Strategic partnerships The company has established collaborations with major retailers like Amazon and Walmart and partners with Rehrig Pacific, indicating a track record of handling large-scale site development challenges for high-profile clients. This suggests opportunities to position services for similarly scaled projects and to leverage references in conversations with large national brands.

Regional expansion Headquartered in Scottsdale with offices in Phoenix, Dallas, Denver, Sedona, and Washington, the firm demonstrates a multi-market footprint. This breadth supports outreach across Western and Southern regions and offers potential for multi-office engagements on nationwide projects and cross-regional referrals.

Growth momentum With 25+ years of experience and a growing team that recently added new personnel in Dallas, the firm shows ongoing capacity and talent acquisition. This signals readiness to scale project delivery, pursue larger scopes, and staff expansion for increased bid opportunities.

Tech-enabled delivery Utilization of Bentley StormCAD and modern web technologies (PWA, PHP, Nginx, jQuery) indicates a blend of specialized civil engineering software and digital client engagement. This positioning can be leveraged to propose BIM/LAS collaboration, efficient project workflows, and enhanced online design review processes.

Talent and outreach Recent university collaboration with Southern Methodist University and the addition of a new hire to the Dallas team highlight active talent recruitment and training initiatives. This opens doors for partnerships on internship programs, co-op opportunities, and joint research or mentorship projects to build future project pipelines.
