Agents nationwide use Hybr as a unified platform to manage marketing channels, applicants, qualification, and diary management, and turn data into action. It integrates directly with legacy CRM systems, centralises customer data, powers Portals access, and applies AI to uncover insights and surface next-best actions that boost revenue.

Founded by Hannah Chappatte, Hybr is built on firsthand experience. Hannah began her career launching Hybr’s student marketplace, working with 50+ portfolio landlords and letting agents to drive student bookings, and saw how outdated systems led to renter mistrust and rental anxiety. Hannah worked directly with agents to build a specialised tool that developed positive relationships with renters, landlords, and automated manual workflows. That firsthand experience continues to shape how we build Hybr today.
