HCI president Maria Coler is a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) with the State of New Jersey and a LEED Accredited Professional certified by the U.S. Green Building Council. HCI employees are 40-hour OSHA certified and hold Subsurface Evaluator Licenses with the State of New Jersey. Ms. Coler and HCI employees are also New York City Office of Environmental Remediation (OER) "Gold" certified brownfield industry professionals. 

In addition, HCI belongs to Brownfield Coalition of the Northeast (BCONE), Economic Development Association of New Jersey (EDANJ), NYC Brownfield Partnership, and the New Jersey Chapter of the Society of Women Environmental Professionals (NJSWEP).
