Hyland & Padilla PLLC is a Raleigh-Durham based legal firm with over 50 years of combined experience, focused primarily on catastrophic personal injury cases including wrongful death lawsuits, automobile accidents, tractor trailer accidents, work related accidents, slip and fall cases,  medical malpractice, product liability cases,  motorcycle,  pedestrian and construction accidents.

The majority of our existing clients are individuals who have been injured by the negligence of others. We have an experienced bilingual staff, including two paralegals, three legal assistants, and receptionist. 

We also provide legal services for civil jury trials in North Carolina District and Superior State Courts and the U.S. District Court, Middle District, as well as for North Carolina Industrial Commission claims for worker's compensation at three levels.
