I AM Books is a retail bookstore dedicated to Italian and Italian American literature and culture, noted as the country’s first Italian American bookstore. Situated in Boston’s North End, the historic Italian neighborhood, the shop serves locals and visitors with works by Italian and Italian American authors, cookbooks, travel, history, and related topics, and it includes a children’s section with learning materials and toys. Beyond selling books, the store acts as a cultural venue by hosting events such as author signings and small concerts that explore Italian heritage. 
Its address is 189 North Street, located across from the Paul Revere House near North Square. The concept was realized through the efforts of Nicola Orichuia, an Italian-born journalist, and Jim Pinzino, a semi-retired IT executive.
