IBS Real Estate Investment Co. (IBSREICO), a subsidiary of IBS Investment Bank, is a Florida based real estate investment management firm backed by institutional investment management leader Institutional Banking Services N.A. CORP. We are an active participant in the three core segments of the US real estate property and capital markets. With on-the-ground private investment teams based out of South Florida, Georgia, New York and Texas we execute core, value-added, and opportunistic strategies in:

Private Real Estate Equity: Direct acquisition and management of real property;
    
Real Estate Securities: Equity investments in privately held real estate holdings companies operated by experienced sponsors; and

Real Estate Debt: Through parent company IBS Investment Bank we originate direct investments in property secured by senior and mezzanine mortgage positions

IBS REICO is 75% owned by senior officers and 25% owned by ultra-high net worth investors. IBS REICO executives control all strategic, ownership, and day-to-day operational decisions. This ownership structure creates a valuable alignment of interest between IBS REICO and our clients. Our investment managers' total compensation is tied directly to the performance of our investments under management and to the degree which client objectives have been met over multiple periods.
