Niche healthcare focus ICC I Design operates as a full service interior design firm serving healthcare, corporate, historic, and federal sectors, signaling opportunities to cross-sell integrated design solutions across regulated environments and complex facilities.

WBE advantage As a woman-owned business enterprise (WBE), ICCI Design can be prioritized for corporate supplier diversity programs and government contracting opportunities seeking diverse vendors.

Sizable market potential With mid-market revenue in the range of one to ten million and a compact team size typical of boutique firms, there is room to scale through targeted partnerships with larger AEC firms looking to augment healthcare and federal project pipelines.

Tech and security edge Leveraging tech stack elements like Lua, Nginx, and OpenResty may appeal to clients prioritizing efficient, secure digital design workflows and customizable project delivery platforms.

Growth-ready positioning Direct outreach to firms with large-scale practice areas or active healthcare and federal project work (as seen in comparable firms) can position ICCI Design as a strategic partner for expanders seeking specialized interior design leadership.
