Situated on 12 acres of mountain wilderness in the Lost River Range in central Idaho, just 30 miles from Sun Valley. Idaho BaseCamp is a leading resource for outdoor adventure education. We are committed to cultivating leaders, individual and community development, and serving the environment. Our core values are personal responsibility, courage, and respect for all. We are an educational non-profit whose programs specialize in the building of one’s knowledge of environment, community and individual impact upon nature through experiential learning. We serve over 500 kids aged 4-14 each summer with our summer camp program, Mountain Adventure tours. We also run programs for adults including health and wellness workshops, yoga retreats, storytelling competitions, and we work closely with local schools, sharing curriculum and providing the a safe geographical space for outdoor adventure education.
