Because of our deep experience, size and familiarity with many different facilities and markets we are able to rapidly solve any problem one may face. History: IDEA Consulting Group was founded in June of 1991 by Sharon Mansour in direct response to demonstrated needs for highly talented and agile consulting services that could rapidly adapt to ever changing client needs. This continues to be the backbone of our company philosophy. IDEA has continued to grow based upon those needs and that model by hiring dedicated, talented, intelligent health care professionals with a proven track record to provide solutions to our wide range of clients. Our consultants, and clients, are distributed across the United States facilitating both local onsite support as well as time zone specific remote support. Through our consulting experiences we have also been able to define and create innovative software solutions that reach far beyond the capabilities of most software companies. Our product design staff are also active consultants and thus we are able to immediately translate the latest market trends into our IDEA Budget Solution software and other software solutions. This combination of consulting and software services and talent enables us to continue assisting our clients in an ever changing healthcare finance environment.
