IDEA WILD Equips, Empowers & Activates the world’s most promising environmental leaders working on the front lines of conservation. to grow and strengthen the movement to conserve the planet’s biodiversity.

Biodiversity Conservation Workers can apply for a small equipment grant to receive up to $1500 worth of equipment to support their conservation work. We receive between 70-90 equipment requests each month, and fund over 60% of them!  
We prioritize the grants we administer based on conservation impact, recipient need, and project location. Additional consideration is given to projects in areas identified as critical biodiversity hotspots. Our grants serve areas where support is needed most and advance biological research, conservation education, community outreach, conservation management, field training and professional development.
