We are a full service architectural design firm specializing in custom designs and pre-designed plans for new homes/renovations/home additions and commercial projects.

Design Services/Plan/Blueprint Preparation

Consultation 
We will sit down and listen to what our clients envision their projects to be and we will work with them to create the design they want.  We will share ideas and develop options for creating the designs that our clients require.  We will go over existing plans from our collection or we will sketch ideas, take notes and proceed to design from scratch.

Preliminary Designs 
We will take the sketches, notes and ideas gathered during our consultation to the drawing board and with our cad system will create a preliminary design plan.  We will again meet with our clients to go over and discuss these plans and see what our clients think and again take notes of any changes that need to be made.  

Design Development
Next, we go back to the drawing board to generate accurate representations of the final project.  The plans and elevations often require adjustments or modifications to ensure a final product that is functional and aesthetically appropriate.

Final Drawings
After we have sucessfully completed our plans to the our client's satisfaction, we will deliver a complete set of architectural site plans to our client, stamped by our architect and ready for presentation to the various building departments for approval.
