Founded in 2007 in a spare bedroom in a Prospect Heights brownstone by three brokers and a seemingly unattainable dream, Ideal Properties Group grew into a collegial, friendly, agent-centric and above all ethical work environment.

Today, Ideal is a 100-person presence on the area's real estate scene, with three office locations in prime Park Slope, Cobble Hill and Gowanus locations and their fourth location in the works.

The company’s diverse offer of real estate products includes residential rentals, residential sales, commercial leasing, investment sales and new development marketing projects.
