Identity Medical Group (IDMG) is a recently formed multispecialty medical group based in western Ventura County.  IDMG has become the sole practice setting for seven of the leading primary care practices in the area, are within two years, IDMG expects to have a minimum of 30 physicians who have moved their entire practices to IDMG.  Most of these physicians will be transitioning from existing private locations that currently represent the leading private physician offices in the area.

IDMG has active privileges at Community Memorial Hospital, St. John's Regional Medical Center, St. Johns Pleasant Valley Hospital, Santa Paula Hospital and Ventura County Medical Center.
