IDgo is a small security company based in Portland, Oregon, providing consumer authentication solutions built around mobile phone verification and encryption. Its approach aims to deliver authentication that is simple, fast, and secure, while helping protect against impersonation attacks. By streamlining identity verification, IDgo can contribute to shorter handling times in contact centers and to increased confidence for both users and staff. Credit unions are among its customers and investors, and they directly influence the features of the IDgo service.

In the computer and network security sector, IDgo positions itself around authentication and device verification within financial services. A notable development in December 2025 involved a collaboration where TTEC Digital, IDgo, VoxEQ, and TransUnion explored defense-layer options for credit unions across voice and device verification via SmartApps Cloud.
