IEHP Foundation invests in strengthening the leadership and capacity of community-based organizations to build healthy neighborhoods ensuring all residents have access to live healthy and joyful lives.

Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) founded IEHP Foundation, a separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit, in July 2021. The Foundation strives to ensure all individuals in the Inland Empire have access to Vibrant Health — extending beyond traditional healthcare services and addressing the social determinants of health for the region's most vulnerable populations.
IEHP Foundation partners with and supports CBOs and community leaders in San Bernardino and Riverside counties to advance Vibrant Health through public policy and advocacy, building capacity, investing, and leveraging funding for local CBOs and nonprofit organizations.
