Since our inception in 2010, IGNITE has trained 40,000+ young women with the knowledge, skills and network to unleash their political power and influence policies that better our communities.  Through our curriculum, IGNITE demystifies how government works and teaches young people influence and decision-making in spaces of power. The IGNITE National Network (INN) additionally offers ongoing support to ensure they enter the political pipeline and succeed.
