IHC New Zealand is a New Zealand-based organization in the individual and family services sector focused on advancing the rights, inclusion and welfare of people with intellectual disabilities. It serves individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families by providing advocacy and community programming aimed at improving social participation. The IHC Group operates through several wholly owned subsidiaries, including IHC New Zealand, IDEA Services, Accessible Properties and Choices NZ, delivering contract-funded services and donor-supported community initiatives. It is based in Wellington and is a mid-sized organization with hundreds of staff. In November 2024, Andrew Crisp was appointed Group Chief Executive, succeeding Ralph Jones who retired after 33 years with IHC and more than two decades as Chief Executive.
