Welcome to Ihde CPA! We're a husband and wife CPA team that has been serving clients in the Portland area for the past 9 years. It started with individual tax preparation, then 7 years ago a friend asked us to complete a review for his HOA. We studied the HOA regulations in the state of Oregon and leveraged our past audit experiences at Arthur Andersen to complete the review. After working with the property management company and speaking with other HOA board members in our area we realized that Ihde CPA had something to offer this industry.
