Ilderton Contractors, Inc. is a custom home builder and remodeler serving clients in the Charleston, SC area for almost forty years. Our custom new home building and remodeling business continues to grow along with our clients who share a long relationship of trust and reliability with us. Our work has been featured in Charleston Magazine, Fine Home Building and the Charleston Business Journal.

We are the first builder in the Charleston area to receive the Gold Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council for single family residences.  We practice “green” and energy-efficient home building techniques; in fact, we have built the first single-family residence in the Charleston area to be LEED certified. While we integrate those practices into all of our projects as feasible, we have built a community of homes, New Village Homes, in which those techniques are emphasized.
