We serve adults 18 and older who seek recovery from substance misuse and abuse. Our clinical staff consists of 7 experienced and licensed Master's-level clinicians and 3 Board Certified Addiction Medicine Psychiatrists trained to address co-occurring mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, borderline personality disorder, PTSD, trauma, and more. Clients participate in a 10-week program designed to establish comfort in an abstinence-centered lifestyle that facilitates self-exploration, self-awareness, joy, and confidence in maintaining long-term recovery. We focus heavily on teaching our clients DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) skills. DBT teaches clients four sets of behavioral skills: mindfulness; distress tolerance; interpersonal effectiveness; and emotion regulation. All clients absolutely benefit from learning these skills and incorporating these into their lives. Imagine gives our clients music therapy, art, food health and physical wellness exploration in the Imagine treatment experience. PHP is 21 hours per week, IOP 10 hours per week. clients engage in creative, experiential and educational group therapies and all clients participate in one individual therapy session weekly. Imagine Recovery’s 12-week Mental Health DBT Skills Outpatient Program (OP) includes one 3-hour therapeutic group and one individual session weekly. Every OP client participates in DBT phone coaching with Imagine clinicians. Phone coaching is available via calls and texts 12 hours per day, 7 days per week. OP groups inspire personal growth and meaningful interpersonal relationships through Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness-based techniques that give clients tools to empower themselves and embrace their inherent strengths.
