IMAT is a global source for wafers of all sizes with thermal oxide, metal thin films, patterned photoresist and dry films, plated copper, and other processes.  Established in 1995, our staff has met the needs of a wide range of IC manufacturers, equipment vendors, and other semiconductor research facilities.  Metal films include Ta, Cu, Ti, Al, W, Pt, Ru, Pd, Au, Ag, Co, Ni and Cr, and alloys are also available.  Photolithography services include mask design and layout for your custom applications or you may select from our library of existing masks.
