IMC Outdoor Living is a mid-sized manufacturing division of Liberty Tire Recycling, based in St. Louis, Missouri, and founded in 2000. It began with Rubberific Mulch, a product made from 100 percent recycled tires, and has since expanded to a full line of outdoor living products for landscapes and play spaces. The division operates within Liberty Tire Recycling, which collects and recycles more than 190 million tires each year, reclaiming more than 3 billion pounds of rubber into end-use products across a network of 28 processing plants in North America and Canada. IMC Outdoor Living's products and brands—Rubberific, Groundsmart, NuScape, NuPlay, Lasting Beauty, and Luminite candles—are distributed through more than 10,000 retail locations in the United States and Canada. The company collaborates with major retailers, including Home Depot, Lowe's, and Walmart, to produce their private-label recycled rubber products, and it has expanded into natural soils and plant foods through a partnership with the W. Atlee Burpee Company. In March 2023, IMC Outdoor Living partnered with UPBrand Collaborative to launch the Switch to Rubber Mulch digital marketing campaign.
