US Manufactured Lightweight Ceramic Proppant exhibits a high resistance crush for enhanced conductivity. Economic lightweight ceramic proppants are produced from consistently close-controlled high quality South Georgia calcined kaolin clay and processed in state of the art ceramic proppant engineering plants. The resultant products provide proppant permeability up to 50% greater than typical sand based products with a comparable mesh size for stress levels typically up to 12,000 psi.
