Impact Consulting Enterprises (Impact) is a minority and woman-owned strategic communication, DE&I, marketing and public relations firm. Founded in 1989 by business strategist and communicator Cheryl McCants, Impact works with words. 

We are brand storytellers and assist individuals, corporations, small businesses, nonprofit organizations and public agencies by telling their untold stories in relevant and meaningful ways.

Our interdisciplinary team of experts works with organizations frustrated by nauseating campaigns that waste time and money. We connect with target audiences via traditional media channels both off and online. Whether designing and developing websites, social media campaigns or grassroots and gorilla marketing campaigns, we make sure that clients' messages are heard and their calls to action are received. 

Over the years, we’ve helped companies work through the noise of confusing messages within their internal communication materials, news releases and marketing collateral.
