Imperator Capital Partners, L.P. is an investment partnership formed in 2004 to achieve long-term capital gains by investing in a concentrated group of small and mid-capitalization companies which management believes are trading at a discount to their intrinsic values. Mr. Slade is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Imperator Capital Partners. The Fund is based upon a few key principles, including event-driven and opportunistic value-oriented investing, a long-term approach and constructive activism. The Manager conducts extensive due diligence, develops a meaningful view of each company’s potential and gauges management’s willingness and ability to effect suggested changes that should lead ultimately to improvements in valuation.
