IMS Shipyard, also known as International Marine Services & Ysec, is a shipyard based in Mer in the Centre-Val de Loire region of France. It was established in 1987 to construct aluminium passenger transport boats, and since 1992 refit and repair has been its primary activity. The business is led by Denis Carabin and has been owned by the French holding company NEPTEAM since 2011.

Since 2005, the yard has acted as the designated customer-service hub for several major internationally recognised yacht builders. In 2014 IMS Shipyard expanded its offer and capacity with two sites, IMS 300 and IMS 700, located about five kilometres apart, increasing its overall footprint and accommodation.
