In December 2018, the assets of IMSWorkX were acquired by REDCOM Laboratories, Inc. The transaction included the transition of the whole IMSWorkX team to REDCOM, including founder Shannon Chevier. As a part of REDCOM, the IMSWorkX team will continue to deliver the most flexible and reliable solutions for every generation of communications networks.

Our solutions are based on the XpressWorkX Service Delivery Platform which has our robust, flexible XpressWorkX Application Server at its core. This software-only converged Telephony Application Server (TAS) is robust and extremely scalable to provide voice features over IP, LTE, Broadband, and Wi-Fi networks from one common platform. The Service Delivery Platform also includes a flexible, fully visual call flow environment for rapid development of service applications. The management Console allows Application Servers to be managed as a system regardless of the number of physical/virtual servers.

In the race to implement VoLTE, the XpressWorkX Application Server provides MMTel call control for standardized media capabilities, and it is the perfect platform for Service Centralization and Continuity (SCC). With both IMS (SIP) and GSM (SIGTRAN) protocols to talk to your MSC, MME and other network equipment; the Application Server can help you achieve SRVCC and eSRVCC requirements.
