At In Balance Green Consulting, we create a path for clients to achieve high performance buildings. We stay at the forefront of new technologies, using careful analysis and thoughtful strategies to create diverse and detailed solutions for our clients, reducing energy use and increasing comfort in cost-effective ways. 

Our services include green consulting, in-house energy modeling and optimization, ZNE, LEED and other certifications, daylight and water use analysis, CAL Green and incentive programs. We work with owners, builders, and designers of commercial, institutional, and residential buildings on the Central Coast and throughout California.

Principals Andrea (Andy) Pease, a LEED Accredited Professional, and Jennifer Rennick, a Certified Energy Analyst, are both licensed architects experienced in designing, analyzing, and implementing green building. In 2005, they discovered their shared passion for a balanced approach to sustainable design and founded In Balance Green Consulting. The company has grown to include new team members and expanded services, bringing together diverse backgrounds and expertise to broaden our impact on the built environment.
