lnclusion is a 501(c)(3) non-profit founded to serve communities of color who face systematic barriers to finding meaningful employment due to the lack of access to the necessary digital skill-sets required in the new technology economy.

Primarily serving residents of Jamaica, Queens and the surrounding area, accepted students have access to free but very rigorous courses in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python as well as a "post-graduate" course in project management.

Our mandate is simple: be one of the very few organizations that doesn't underestimate the capabilities of our applicants, vigorously challenge them, build a community of like-minded peers, and drive career advancement or prepare them to compete against students from elite institutions for higher paying jobs. As a result, recent graduates have won full scholarships to some of the top coding academies and/or found positions at premier firms and startups.
