INCOMPAS, short for the Competitive Communications and AI Infrastructure Association, is a trade group in the telecommunications field that advocates for policies to promote competition, innovation, and economic development. It represents Internet, streaming, communications, technology, and AI infrastructure companies. Member companies are described as drivers of economic growth and improvements in quality of life through technological innovation, delivering broadband voice, video, Internet, and data services over wireline and wireless networks. Their offerings include managed services, cloud computing, data storage, OTT content delivery, and applications developed and deployed via broadband networks. Based in Washington, DC, INCOMPAS operates with a small-to-mid-sized team. In April 2026, Toni Broberg, vice president of External Affairs at Gigapower, joined the association’s Board of Directors.
