The Independent Community Bankers of Colorado (ICBC) is a not-for-profit trade association formed in 1973 to preserve independent community banking. It aims to support locally focused banks that contribute to their communities and state economies while ensuring equal representation through a one-bank-one-vote governance principle. The organization engages on issues at both state and federal levels and maintains affiliation with the national Independent Community Bankers of America. 
ICBC's membership includes state or national banks, industrial banks, savings banks, and trust companies dedicated to preserving an independent banking system, located in Colorado or in states contiguous or reasonably proximate to Colorado; non-voting associate members may also join with approval of the board. Based in Littleton, Colorado, the group pursues a mission to strengthen and promote profitable independent community banks, advance shared legislative and regulatory concerns, and provide a forum for ideas, relationships, and common objectives to serve Colorado communities.
