We were the first AIFMD Depositary to be authorised by the UK Financial Conduct Authority in January 2014 and in May 2017 became the first non-bank entity in the UK to be authorised by the FCA as a full depositary for UK unauthorised alternative investment funds. 

We work closely with our clients' existing fund administrators, prime brokers and custodians and our clients benefit from a truly independent service that is free of the potential conflicts of interest inherent in affiliated depositary models.
