After sales support, design assistance and consultancy can be accommodated within a dedicated team of engineers covering a miriad of disciplines.  IAC prides itself on the development of its engineering expertise and invests heavily in training and support for its entire workforce.

In the past few years, IAC has moved to new, modern premises and invested in the purchase of a control panel manufacturer, Tiprow Controls, to join its existing sales office in Benoni, South Africa.

IAC has also recently started a new venture: IAC Electronic Manufacturing Services from its old premises.  The new company, IACems, offers cost effective contract assembly which is competitive with overseas manufacturing.
