Our process involves a risk-free, no-obligation audit and analysis of fleet contracts and diesel fuel spend.  We identify pricing, contract terms, and service levels.  We make comparisons to best in class pricing and check for contract compliance, billing errors, and credits or refunds due.  An in-depth report of our findings is provided with specific cost savings recommendations.  Our client elects which recommendations, if any, to implement and IFM negotiates with vendors to implement client approved costs savings.  There is no obligation to act upon our recommnedations.  We only get paid when our clients save money.
