Infinity EDM is a full-service precision manufacturing partner specializing in Wire EDM, Sinker EDM, Small Hole EDM drilling, CNC machining, and large-scale surface grinding. From our facility in Jackson, Wisconsin, we provide critical manufacturing services to companies in aerospace, medical device, tool & die, automation, and precision equipment industries. Our technical capabilities span from micro-precision to large-scale manufacturing. With 20+ Wire EDM machines including Makino and Mitsubishi units, we handle parts from under a pound to 12,000 lbs, achieving tolerances of ±0.0001" through materials up to 32" thick. Our largest machines accommodate blocks up to 81" x 72", while maintaining the same precision standards as our smaller units. We excel at hardened tool steels, carbides, titanium, inconel, and exotic alloys that challenge conventional machining. Our CNC department features 11 machining centers including 5-axis capabilities, with capacities up to 81" x 80" travel and 10,000 lb parts. Combined with our turning centers featuring Y-axis and dual-spindle capabilities, we provide complete machining solutions. Our surface grinding capabilities are equally impressive, with machines handling parts up to our massive 60" x 120" Chevalier grinder capable of 17,600 lb workpieces—ideal for large dies, molds, and machine bases requiring precision ground finishes. Small Hole EDM drilling completes our EDM services, producing precise holes from 0.012" to 0.250" diameter in the toughest materials, perfect for cooling channels, start holes, and blind hole applications.
