Infinium Capital Management (“ICM”) was a proprietary trading firm based in Chicago, Illinois. It closed its doors in early 2014. Infinium first started in 2003 by veterans of trading and technology, we have grown from our nine original employees to over 90 team members. Our Firm’s specialists in trading, technology, financial engineering and other key operational support areas, represents one of the most powerful groups of any kind in the industry. “Loving the process” is key. Only fanatics belong here, people who have been energized by the split-second competitiveness of the hunt. Our team consists of smart, ambitious people, who appreciate the opportunity to be involved in something special. In addition to our team oriented approach, we rely on proprietary software and financial models, decades of trading experience, and fundamental analysis to make our decisions. We trade options and futures in both electronic and open outcry markets. Strategies are traded in the US, Europe, and the Middle East in a variety of markets. ICM seeks to maximize returns and, more importantly, minimize loss by trading a variety of uncorrelated strategies, adhering to stringent money management rules, and utilizing our exceptional people and software. In addition to our Chicago home, we also have offices in Houston and London.
