Influential Presence was founded in 1994 to help senior executive leaders create real value for their organizations. President Val Williams is an Executive Leadership Consultant and Master Certified Coach (MCC). She has coached and consulted with hundreds of senior corporate executives and their teams since the company’s inception. Val has coached senior executive leaders in the United States, Finland, Japan, England, and South America (often by telephone) to maximize their leadership impact. In her seminars and management retreats, Val is known for her interactive approach and practical results oriented style. Recently Val has been focusing on the Art of Beneficial Impact.
